At HT Animal Supply, we want you and your pet to love your purchase. If a fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all pet apparel and accessories are unworn, hair-free, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
